I’m Fredrik Göthensten. I’ve run several businesses and helped companies take their next step. Sometimes that means turning an early idea into a working business. Sometimes it means helping an established company find a new way forward. Today, I lead digital and AI transformation through Weapp.

I like seeing ideas become real. Technology being put to use. People discovering possibilities they hadn’t seen before.

A few of the companies I’ve helped build or change:

Weapp — We’ve helped numerous companies turn ideas into digital products, services and growing businesses. We work closely with people building something new and those rethinking what they already do.

Hatchbay — We invest in startups and help them move forward with technology, business development and hands-on work. We help build the business.

Myntro — I led the company’s innovation efforts across Europe during a critical period of transformation in the industry.

These days, AI gets a lot of my attention. What does it make possible? What does it mean for companies with existing customers, employees and a business to run? And where do you start?

That’s what I write about here. I share experiences, explore ideas and try to make the changes around us easier to understand and act on.
